2.1 Beyond Business Coaching offers coaching services, including but not limited to:

• A 12-week coaching program (Basic, Standard, and Premium tiers).
• Post-program support on a rolling contract.
  2.2 Services are provided as outlined on the website or in agreements made with clients.
  2.3 Coaching services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The 12-week coaching program must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
3.2 Should you wish to cancel partway through the program, you will still be charged for the full 12-week program.
3.3 For the membership program, clients may cancel at any time by providing at least 1 week’s notice. You will be charged pro rata for any sessions attended, including any no-shows.

4. No-Show and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Zoom Call No-Shows:

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled Zoom call, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to rebook the session.
• If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, we may attempt to reschedule, but the session must be rebooked within the same week.
• If you do not attend the call without prior notice, I will wait for up to 10 minutes. If you fail to join within this time, the session will be counted as one of your sessions and cannot be rebooked.

4.2 Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must comply with the notice periods outlined above.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Use the website and services lawfully and respectfully.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or misuse any of the content provided by Beyond Business Coaching.
